Booking Policy
We do not hold appointments.
No appointments will be secured and confirmed without a booking fee being paid.
Booking fees are NON-REFUNDABLE and are taken to secure your appointment.
The remainder is paid in full on your first appointment.
Payment has to be made BEFORE leaving the Clinic.
This is company policy and non-negotiable.
If you are late to your appointment,
you will only be able to have your remaining allocated appointment time.
Gift vouchers are available to purchase
and are valid for 3 months from the date of your first treatment.
Courses are valid for 3 months
and are valid from the date of your first treatment.
Rescheduling
You are able to reschedule your appointment ONCE.
If you want to reschedule more than once you will lose that booking fee; and be expected to pay a new booking fee to rebook another appointment.
If you wish to reschedule with 72 hours' notice you are able to move to a new date.
Less than 72 hours, you will lose your booking fee.
If you have booked a package and you reschedule with less than 72 hours notice you will lose that session.
If you don't attend your appointment you will lose your booking fee and be charged in FULL for the missed appointment.
Clinic Policy
Appointments are to be attended alone.
This is non-negotiable.
Children are not permitted within the Clinic due to insurance purposes.
No video recording is permitted while you are having your appointment under any circumstances.
