Simply Contoured Aesthetics was founded with a passion for helping people feel confident, comfortable and their very best in their own skin.

Over the past five years, we have grown from a specialist treatment clinic into a trusted destination for recovery, wellbeing and body confidence. Throughout that journey, we have remained committed to creating a safe, welcoming space where our clients feel cared for, listened to and completely at ease.

Our beautiful clinic in Cardiff Bay has become a place where clients can take time for themselves, whether they are recovering from surgery, investing in their body confidence or simply prioritising their health and wellbeing.

We are incredibly passionate about what we do, which is why we continue to invest in our education and training every year. We are always developing our knowledge, refining our skills and evolving our treatments to ensure we offer the highest standards of care.

As our experience has grown, so has our desire to share it. I am now an accredited educator, offering accredited training courses to help other practitioners develop their skills, confidence and careers.

Our latest chapter has seen us expand with the opening of our Advanced Lymphatic Wellness & Recovery Studio, offering complementary wellness treatments to support recovery and overall wellbeing.

What we do

We are proud to be recognised as Wales’ leading lymphatic drainage specialists. While post-cosmetic surgery recovery remains one of our core specialities, our expertise extends far beyond surgical aftercare.

As Advanced Lymphatic Drainage and Gut Health Specialists, we work with clients experiencing a wide range of concerns, including IBS, digestive issues, bloating, water retention and menopausal symptoms.

At Simply Contoured Aesthetics, everyone is welcome. You do not need to have had cosmetic surgery to benefit from our treatments. We proudly welcome both men and women through our clinic doors, offering tailored treatments that support individual health, recovery and wellbeing.
