What's involved?

Pressotherapy is a non-invasive lymphatic drainage treatment that uses controlled air pressure through specialised compression boots to stimulate circulation and support the body's natural lymphatic flow.

The boots gently compress the legs in a rhythmic sequence, helping to encourage fluid movement and support circulation, recovery and overall wellbeing.

This relaxing, pain-free treatment requires no downtime and can be a great addition to your regular recovery, wellness or self-care routine.

Pressotherapy can be used as a standalone treatment or alongside other lymphatic and wellness treatments, depending on your individual needs and goals.

How often should I have pressotherapy?

For optimum results, consistency is key.

Pressotherapy can be incorporated into your ongoing wellness routine on either a weekly or monthly basis, depending on your individual needs, lifestyle and goals.

Some clients may prefer more regular treatments as part of an initial wellness or recovery routine, followed by less frequent maintenance sessions.

There is no one-size-fits-all approach, and your treatment frequency can be adjusted depending on how your body responds and what you would like to achieve.

Consistency is key

Pressotherapy works best when incorporated into a regular routine rather than viewed as a one-off treatment.

Staying well hydrated, maintaining a balanced diet, keeping active and supporting your overall wellbeing alongside your treatments can all complement your lymphatic and circulatory routine.

We recommend drinking approximately 2 to 3 litres of water per day, unless you have been medically advised to drink less.

Ongoing wellness and memberships

If you enjoy the benefits of regular Pressotherapy, our cancel-anytime membership options make it easy to incorporate treatments into your ongoing wellness routine.

Memberships provide a convenient way to maintain regular sessions, whether you prefer weekly or monthly treatments, while giving you the flexibility to cancel at any time.

Pressotherapy can also be booked as an individual treatment if you prefer to book as and when you need it.

Your individual treatment plan

Everyone's needs are different, so your Pressotherapy routine can be tailored around your individual lifestyle, recovery needs and wellness goals.

Whether you're looking to support circulation, relieve the feeling of tired or heavy legs, aid recovery after exercise or simply enjoy a relaxing lymphatic treatment, Pressotherapy can be adapted to fit into your regular self-care routine.

Appointment duration

Appointments are 45 minutes in duration.

Please allow the full 45 minutes for your appointment. The treatment time itself will be slightly less to allow for consultation, preparation, changing and any necessary aftercare advice.

Your comfort, safety and wellbeing are always our priority.
