What's involved?
When the lymphatic system becomes a little sluggish, it can contribute to puffiness, fluid retention and a feeling of heaviness in the face. Our relaxing lymphatic buccal intraoral facial is designed to encourage the natural flow of the lymphatic system, helping to support healthy fluid movement and leave the face looking and feeling refreshed, lighter and more defined.
The treatment combines gentle, targeted lymphatic drainage techniques across the face, neck and décolletage with specialist intraoral buccal massage. Working both externally and from inside the mouth allows us to access areas of the face that can be difficult to reach with external techniques alone, helping to release tension, encourage lymphatic flow and enhance the natural contours of the cheeks and jawline. The result is a deeply relaxing treatment designed to leave the face looking more sculpted, lifted and refreshed.

What are the benefits of the treatment?
A lymphatic buccal intraoral facial can provide a range of benefits for both the appearance of the skin and how your face feels. Benefits can include:
- Helping to reduce facial puffiness and fluid retention
- Supporting healthy lymphatic flow and fluid movement
- Encouraging circulation throughout the face
- Helping to define and enhance the natural contours of the cheeks and jawline
- Creating a more sculpted, lifted and refreshed appearance
- Helping to release tension held within the face and jaw
- Supporting a feeling of lightness and relaxation
- Promoting a fresh, healthy-looking complexion
The combination of manual lymphatic drainage and intraoral buccal massage allows us to work gently but effectively across the face, with particular focus on areas where you would like additional definition, sculpting or tension release.
How often should I have a lymphatic buccal intraoral facial?
For ongoing maintenance, we recommend having your lymphatic buccal intraoral facial once a month. Regular monthly treatments can help to maintain the benefits of your facial and support consistent lymphatic flow, whilst allowing us to continue focusing on your individual areas of concern.
Every face is different, so your treatment can be adapted depending on your needs and the areas you would like us to focus on.
Consistency is key
As with all of our treatments, maintaining your results is supported by what you do outside the clinic. We recommend staying well hydrated, maintaining a balanced diet, keeping active and following a healthy lifestyle alongside your treatments.
We recommend drinking approximately two to three litres of water per day unless you have been medically advised to drink less.
Consistency is key with all of our treatments; you cannot expect to achieve full benefits from just one or two sessions. Regular treatments are important for achieving and maintaining your results, with monthly maintenance recommended as part of your ongoing routine.
Aftercare
After your treatment, we recommend drinking plenty of water and keeping your body moving through gentle activity and exercise. Continue with a balanced diet and healthy lifestyle that will help support your lymphatic system and complement your regular treatments.
Your individual treatment
No two clients are the same, and your facial will always be adapted to your individual needs. Whether your main concern is puffiness, water retention, facial definition, jaw tension, or simply maintaining a fresh and sculpted appearance, we can tailor the treatment to focus on areas that matter most to you.
Our combination of lymphatic drainage techniques and intraoral buccal massage allows us to give your face that extra sculpted, defined and snatched effect through the treatment.
